Acquire the Japanese Language Proficiency Test

Select a Language School in Japan

Prepare & Plan. Decide on your arrival date and choose a school the intake (before 6 months)

Submit Required Documents

Passport, Educational certificates, Birth Certificate, Photos, Bank documents & Application form. The school applies for your COE.

Get the Certificate of Eligibility (COE)

Issued by Japanese immigration confirming your admission, financial support, and study purpose.

Apply for Student Visa

Through the Japanese Embassy with COE, financial proof and other documents.

Travel to Japan

After visa approval, book flight, arrange accommodation & prepare documents.

After Arrival in Japan

Register address, get health insurance, My Number & open a bank account.

Important:
Many intakes close 4–6 months before classes start.
Avoid agencies that promise “guaranteed visas.”
Keep all financial documents genuine and consistent.
Choose accredited schools.
